"Very nice for the price. If you are disabled you are going to need help uncrating. Did not come with a manual. But you may not need one. I have not driven it yet. I will be charging the battery overnight and probably test drive it tomorrow. It arrived a week early. There were holes punched in the side of the box from a fork lift. However it was not damaged. I will update this review once I get it off of the shipping frame and test drive it. UPDATE - On the subject of the Owners Manual, I requested, from the seller, a copy of the Owners Manual. They sent an electronic copy within just a few hours. I have also gotten to use the scooter and I love it. One can save a couple of thousand dollars ordering a scooter from Achairgo.
