Repairs and Replacements

Repairs and Replacements:

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge.
If a replacement is necessary, it will be of equal or similar quality to the original product.
The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the electric wheelchair is sold or given to another person.
In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the company will provide a refund of the purchase price.

Warranty Service:

You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as order number, a copy of the invoice or receipt.
The Company will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part or product, and will cover the cost of shipping.
The Company is not responsible for any additional charges, such as labor costs, incurred by the customer.
The customer must follow the instructions in the owner's manual, in order to keep the warranty valid

Except as expressly stated in this warranty policy, the Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the electric lift chair.
